walking into the ipanema staff seem nice,helpful but you get your room cleaned every 8 days if your lucky... and u have to ask for toilet paper and you feel bad for asking like your bugging them... i booked a room and what i saw was nice and what i got was small with a big spare 4 my clothes!!! all n all if u want to make ur bed wash ur towels and sheets, do ur dishes when ur on hoilday then stay here!!!!

When checking in were upgraded to ocean and hinterland views apartment. We had a minor problem which was fixed in ten minutes.
We were very pleased with our room which had recently been painted.

The new staff (Greg & Viv) were Amazing! they helped me with all of my families needs including information about the area, great places to eat etc.

The rooms were very nice and the hotel and comon areas were very clean. They even had fresh flowers in the lobby, which my wife thought were very nice.

This was by far the best vacation my family and I have had in years.

VALUE FOR LARGE FAMILIES.
What a Treat for our family of 10. (2A +8 Kids) . Spending time together in two uints, fishing off the back dock, swimming in the pool/spa. Sitting on our balcony looking over the beach, quiet apartments, laundry, kitchen , nice beds etc VALUE FOR MONEY!! You wont be disappointed

The entire trip was fantastic and very affordable.

It\'s a very cozy apartment with all amenities. It is within walking distance to a Busway Station and Train Station, which will take us to the City easily. I would love to stay there again.

Marlin Cove Resort is a friendly place that is well located as a hub for a 2-week sort of holiday focusing on the various attractions inn the Cairns area, friendly and helpful management, good apartments for a self-catering approach. Shops and beach are close and there are buses, but a car is very handy

It is a very centrally located to Sydney CBD. Walking distance from Wynyard train station, convinient store, banks, etc. Walking distance to Opera House, Darling Harbor and The Rocks. However, they could improve on some services such as replacing hand towels, bath towels everyday. Also they don\'t make your bed everyday nor pickup trash everyday. Vaccum service was once a week. We stay for 7 nights so we had to cleanup ourselves... Also we stayed for 7 nights and couldnt get a room with balcony... Balcony would have been nice. Heat does not go all the way to bedroom since the A/c is in living area.

These are some of the small corks but overall it\'s not bad for the price!

overall, for the rate that we paid, i think we got one of the best locations in sydney cbd, walking distance to darling harbour, the rocks, wynward station, circular quay. couldn\'t complain. if you want a suggestion, then pls improve on daily bath towel, hand towel, shampoo and soap replacements. This didnt happen on daily basis during our stay.

The South Pacific Plaza was wonderful. Kind and helpful staff. Easy access to everything. High quality self contained apartment complete with all comforts and furnishings - just like a home away from more. When we return to Broadbeach, we will stay at the South Pacific Plaza.

An absolutely stunning Surfers Paradise resort. Whether its summer or winter, this place is beautiful to be at.

Close to the shops, beach and restaurants. So many activities to do.

Although some damages should have been reported and rectified and some minor cleaning, the rooms are absolutely beautiful and lovely to just sit back and grasp the views.

Had an Excellent stay in one of the 2 bedroom apartments.. What a fantastic Getaway, gorgeous beaches, restaurants nearby, excellent rooms.. basically it was a great week allround.. we liked it so much we have booked again for september and december this year

Stayed at motel as needed accomodation near airport, 24 Hour shuttle bus not only to airport but also to Shopping Centre and Train Station was a real help. Restaurant on site very good with affordable menu price. Reception staff very helpful and friendly.

I stayed in a small studio room, suitable for one person. Onsuite and kitchen in room. Close to shops and buses. Friendly staff. Clean and fresh exterior and interior. Only minus is the heavy traffic outside. However that does not affect all the rooms.

For cost, the room was what we expected, except no washing machine, though service next did offer to do our washing and left it in our room later. Had we known about the busy road in front and the amount of noise all day and most of the night we would not of booked the room. it was clean and had the facilities we needed. 2 hour parking in the week days was another issue. not a place to stay and relax. handy for people who have someone at the hospital in the next street.

We stayed on top floor and had views of hills and glimpses of the ocean. Loved sitting on the balcony at days end. Situated right in the middle of Surfers at the river end of Cavill Ave.

This hotel is in a delightful location with unsurpassed views. Rooms are adequate but starting to look tired and colours outdated - a revamp must be due. The pool is old in style with straight lines and rather tacky white columns - not a free formed lagoon style that is so much nicer in these settings. I also think the cat that is in the reception area of an evening is unacceptable. We asked for an extra towel on our way out for dinner and reception said we could pick it up from them when we got back - it was sitting exactly where the cat had been when we left!! YUCK

Central Summit Apartments - although the room was starting to show its age and the shower pressure on the 8th floor wasnt good we found the apartment well appointed and located and enjoyed our stay. The staff were great.

Very nice accommodation. However, I did make one request for a blanket due to the cold snap. The receptionist seemed to be quite put out by my request (I was polite). If you offer \"don\'t hesitate to ask for assistance\" you need to ensure it is followed up.

Lovely apartments - great location - river walks were so relaxing yet you are in the heart of Brisbane.
Easy access with ferries and city cat.

Room was a good position, but furniture was old and couch most uncomfortable and cushions kept sliding off. Very cluttered with owners stuff, no basics like salt and pepper and sugar etc. Towells very very thin and small.

The shore appartment was booked on line, so we were not sure what to excpect.delayed flights meant our check in was much later than the late check in already requested.there was not need for us to worry with the outside phone and inside notes left for us, checking in was made very easy. Our room was just beautifu, far beyond what we were imagining from the web site. location also a surprise, it was so close to every thing, Not only were the staff helpful but the long time residence were also happy and helpful.We had a fantastic time and have emailed the Shore web site to all the staff at my place of work. Only issue was when I called to book a trundle bed due to a 7th person staying in the room, and paid for the cost without being notified the rooms sleeps 7 without the hire of the rollaway. Had to still pay for the hire and no apologies were given.

I Didnt like the location, It was right under a freeway. Our room was right on the street so very loud at night. There was a car accident out the front and I was worried the whole time that a car would come crashing trough the wall. There is not really much around the area everything is a good walk away which would be ok in the warmer weather.

As usual, a wonderful stay at Trinity Links. I stay there 3 times a year for several weeks and recommend this magnificent resort to anyone. Enjoyed our stay at the Atlantis. Friendly, helpful staff, plenty of information brouchers in the foyer. Clean room, well serviced, great view over Docklands. Transport & Coles just out the front. A few minutes walk from Southern Cross station. Breakfast great value for money. Only negative in our room was the toilet roll, which was situated behind you. You had to be a contortionist to reach it. Hopefully better in other rooms. That aside, will definately go back. Loved it! Recommended to all.

Enjoyed our stay at the Atlantis. Friendly, helpful staff, plenty of information brouchers in the foyer. Clean room, well serviced, great view over Docklands, transport & Coles just out the front. A few minutes walk from Southern Cross station. Only negative in our room was the toilet roll, which was situated behind you. You had to be a contortionist to reach it. Hopefully better in other rooms. That aside, will definately go back. Loved it!

Excellent. Really enjoyed the room and look forward to staying again soon. A little surprised that a 3 bed apartment only have one car park but reception staff added the extra car park for our stay although the advantage of gaining extra secure parks in the building would have been an advantage as I had invited adult guests, all with cars.

great service from e tourism holidays - nothing was too much trouble for the lady i dealt with. Freshwater was nice, dont ask for a late checkout though and the bedspread wasn\'t the cleanest i\'ve ever seen. good location and nice pool though.

The air conditioning did not work for our entire stay. We found this to be unacceptable, as the apartment was advertised as having that utility.

was a nice place. Although I was not told that when I gave my credit card details to book the room that the payment would be taken off straight away. We left quite early the next morning back to brisbane for work and drove all the way back after 10 (cuz that\'s when the reception opened) to pay for the room, but it was already paid for.... They should let guests know if full payment or just a deposit will be taken off credit cards. Still a nice place.

I had a refurbished room on the 12 floor which was nice, clean and above the traffic noise.

The only problem i had with the room was the tv on the wall was tiny! We were very lucky to be transfered from a small suit to the 1 bedroom apartment and the tv in the small suite was much bigger than the tv in the larger 1 bedroom apartment, which i thought was strange
